Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for our hosting and VPN products, and take part in architectural decisions. 5+ years in backend development, Python (Django/DRF) and Go.

Design a subscription app that runs on five platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux), dashboards and landing pages for our brands. 4+ years in B2C product design.

Develop a cross-platform VPN client with millions of active users, design the client architecture and lead the development team. Strong C++ and Qt skills.

Build and evolve QA processes for our hosting and VPN services: coordinate testers, plan testing and ensure release quality of web products and cross-platform apps. Experience leading a QA team and an understanding of network protocols required.

Grow our hosting and cloud services at the intersection of product marketing, analytics and business: B2C/B2B strategy, market and competitor analysis, conversion, retention and growth channels. Understanding of the Hosting and Cloud market in the CIS and Europe required.

Plan and coordinate IT projects: set tasks, manage timelines and priorities, work with development and adjacent teams, and oversee delivery and launches.
